I am a Life Coach and Mentor – a Lifetor!
I’m a well known IT CTO, CEO and Management Consultant in the Telecom and Secure Internet space and executive coach specialising in leadership development. I have worked in 42 countries and an early Internet founder of Mobile and VOIP Internet global networks for carriers. I worked on Remote Working and Call Centres in the 1980’s . I have designed and built 6 Cloud Datacentres and developed Global Service Centres for Blue Chip companies.
I’ve co-founded two companies in the team productivity space, PIE (Perpetual Improvement Everywhere and Combat Ready IT . I’ve also worked in organisational development, training managers, onboarding employees, and building corporate core values.
My background is in transformational leadership, digital transformation, teamwork, motivation, cognitive processes, and emotions in the workplace.
